HONOURING EXCELLENCE
Participation is an award unto itself. The benefits of simply getting on stage and performing are plentiful - from increased self-confidence to the positive feedback and constructive criticism of the adjudicators.
Excellence must also be recognized and the Corner Brook Rotary Music Festival makes major awards in the form of the Rotary Club of Corner Brook Scholarship, the Rose Bowl, the Band Award and the Choral Award.
In addition to these major awards, there are a number of smaller prizes which honour excellence in everything from musical theatre to woodwind and brass. These awards change from year to year, so please check back closer to the start of the festival for a complete list.
